Not convert my purches in emi

Dear Sir,

Customer care has not solve my problem so that is why i complained u now. Please solve my problem.

from 23ed dec.2008 i m calling an mail your customer care for convert my payment in emi. Customer care has not solve my problem they told me first you have to pay 3% of it so i had been payed that 3%.Now they are telling me that it will not convert in emi. A genuin person u are trying to make a defolter. So please help me.

Please do needfully. I m waiting your reply

I m tailing u from 16th dec. 2008 to convert my payment in emi. u people have not take any action to sole my problem.why shoude u tell me to pay 3% of it.now this is your problem and u are harassing me. Now your telling me that emi will convert in 21 days only but i am telling u from the begning. I am tiling u i have no money for full payment that's why i am telling u to convert in emi.

You are not solve my problem now also now i will complain in grahak suraksha

You are totally chitt me.

As per your request 29th dec. 2008 you people had told us to pay 3% that you have to inform me by giving me a call and mail becoz i m not chequing my mail regularly. You have done only mail 5th jan. 2009 at 9.25P.M. not a single call to inform me.

You send me mail on 5th jan. 2009 at 9.25P.M. that was the last day to convert in emi that u had told us. I alredy payed cheq on 3rd jan. 2009 and u had reply me on 5th jan. 2009 at 9.25P.M. that this is a last day. You have told us on 29th dec. 2008 in mail witch you had sen me you have to told on that day only that 5th jan. 2009 is the last date for payment.

And main thing in your customer care service their was nobody giving me reply properly they are puting my calls on hold for half an hour and after cut phone. I m telling u to concert in emi of my amount from 23rd dec. 2008 you people are not converting in emi.

If you people can't solev my problems than give me your's gujarat head and national head mail id. Second time i am telling you that i will not pay any kind of charges becoze this one is your falt. And west my time also.

Now answer me what should i do...?

I have a credit card of icicibank my self swetang k naik my card no. 4477 4771 8237 1001. I have been call in your customer care on 15th dec. 2008.I have been talked with your customer care executive name mr.abdas rao. I want to purchase new T.V. and want convert in emi of that T.V.Mr. abdas rao has been told it will be done but you have to first purchase the T.V. than you have to call after 5 days to customer care. He told me that 10% flat rate of interest for 24 months and 2% p..f. And after talk with abdas rao i had been purchased T.V. on 16th dec. 2008.Then i talk on 23ed dec. 2008 in customer care to convert my T.V. payment in emi. And then your customer care executive had been told us that it will not able to convert in emi. Now you told us what i have to do. And i can't able to pay fully payment for this. I only able to pay emi for 24th month. only.

Please give me reply for this and its urgent. If you will not give me a reply for this appliciton. Then i am not responsible for any other charges or due payments.
