I Sayed Husney Mubarak who has taken the distributor of MTS for Durgapur, and have a current account in the ICICI bank at Berhampore which is Gold account and another account is a simply a current account. It is very sad for me to say that the type of response from the side of ICICI bank Durgapur was not expected. I regulerly visit the bank for deposit of cash buthe it is for the last few days this bank officials dont know how to talk or behave with the customers. It was not at all expected from the bank officials not to listen to the Branch Mangers itself. The Manager tried to help me out but the working lady who was using a bad and slang language to me and the Manager.the ladies name is RESHMI i dont remember her title. She was very aggressive and used all type of bad languages in front of the Manager. The case was when i was depositing cash in the countr no 5 wher RESHMI was the lady takin the deposit, i repeatedly reqeated her about telling her that i had three deposit slip but had taken two token instead of three. At that moment she refused to take the third deposit i told her please man if possible please do the kind. She immediately started shouting at us and told us to kindly leave the bank if u dont understand the meaning of i cant. So i went to the Branch Manager telling him my problem and requested him if he could help me, so he went to RESHMI an told her to take the deposit but on the spot she refused the Manager an told me to take my chair and she would call me when she findes it feaseable for her to call me. It was very humealeating for the Manager and me who is a regilar depositer.i have nothing to say but it is for shure if u people dont take any step i will do the needfull what ever is required for me... I will see to it that if any action is not taken i am going to cut off all my account from your bank and see to it that even all may business parthners also cut off their transaction from the ICICI bank Durgapur and else where...
