Non delivery of payment

Dear Sir,

My name is Desraj Sharma and I am an account holder in ICICI bank at Pitampura branch. My account number is 015401508131. In December I issued a cheque of Rs. 3100 (three thousand one hundred) to Mr. Pradeep Kumar account no. 1072498241/2, State Bank of India, Faridabad branch. The amount was deducted from my account on the very same day but till today, it has not been credited to the account of Mr. Pradeep Kumar. It is going to be three years now, but the amount is in the unclaimed account.

I had to pay the amount to the said party urgently so I had to do the same which caused double loss for me. Now I request that the said amount should be credited in my ICICI account back.
