I am a ICICI customer since 2007. Since 1 year I could not use my account as I am out of the country. Now when I am trying to access my net banking, it is showing that login is disabled. I have tried to contact to customer care, but as I put my debit card number there, they says its not valid. I am not able to talk to a customer care representative even. How do I enable my net banking? Please help.
