ICICI Bank Credit Card
Amount paid but still showing in CIBIL

Hello,

Would like to bring to your notice that i had a credit card for icici bank in the year 2004 which i paid in full as per the information and the amount given by this bank however they have not removed my name from CIBIL which is causing me problems to apply for an education loan. for your reference would want to also tell you that the bank had sent his agent to collect the full and final amount from us and promised that the closure letter would be sent but we never received any letter and now after looking at the CIBIL report i was surprised to see the amount still due in my name.

Would be grateful if you look into the matter and guide us because this is absolute unethical and i should not be penalised even after making the payment as said by the bank
