I am one of the millions like you, who as an individual suffering from the banks unfair charges.
Due date of payemnt of my credit card was 8th april. And I got the cheque dropped by 7th april into atm drop box.
In due course of time i came to know about charges on late payments and interest.
Now I have certain issues to point out
why the information of dropping of cheque three days before due date is not written on the statement?
why the customer care number is not written on the statement?
During the conversation with telebanking officer i came to know that, my charges have been waived off 8 times earlier.
Can anyone let me know that everytime was it my fault for which the charges have been waived off.
If eight times than why not this time.
Dear readers this issue is not as big compared to other problems but yes
Millions like u and me are helpless against banks.
Please suggest if one can do something to tame banks right.
