I WAS USE I C I C I BANK CREDIT CARD.ON ONE BILLING ISSUE THEY SEND ME THE S.M.S VIA THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT FOR REVERSAL OF FAULTY PENALTY AMOUNT.BUT TILL TODAY THEY NEVER REVERSE MY AMOUNT.NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME THE INTEREST ON NON PAYMENT AMOUNT WHICH IS WRONG BILLING.SUDDENLY THEY ALSO STOP MY CARD PIN NO.WHICH IS NOT FARE.BEFORE DISCONTINUING MY CARD PIN THEY MUST INFORM ME.BUT THEY DO NOT DO THAT.KINDLY GUIDE ME IN THIS MATTER.
