ICICI bank give me a ICICI Bank Home Card (I had never apply) which i have never used for purchasing or any purpose.. Accordingly e-statement balance due 19463.59, without any details of the debit. I i go to bank but no one is responding to my issue. The recover agents call and disturb me. What I do.
