Deducted 522Rs twice under QABChgs, APR-JUN11 ST52

Hi Sir,

Amount Rs : 522 /-was deducted twice on 17/08 & 17/10 from my account with out intimatimating to me for "QABChgs, APR-JUN11 ST52" & "QABChgsSEPT11 ST52". I dont know what is this charge.

I am using the same account from more than 5 years and also maintaing minimum transaction amount 10000/- for 3 months.

Can you please help me out in this problem?
