CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT THROUGH INB SCHEDULED ON 01/03 WAS NOT DEBITED NO INFORMATION GIVEN BY BANK NOR ANY STEP TAKEN

SIr, a payment of credit card bill was scheduled on 01/03thrugh internet banking was not debited.credit card card department has called me that i have not paid the bill. I told them that sceduled was not debited by the bank despite sufficient balance.but no result. Credit card department called me atleast 10-12 time. MY sceduled Txn failed reason best known to bank.the credit card department beautiful debited all the charges like late fees, interest and taxes. Ultimate I paid my all dues in the second week of March. PLz arrange to refund all the charges which has been levied due to fault of bank.
