This is with reference to application number 7778086723,

The letter clearly states that OPTIONAL INSURANCE AVAILED...

First of all, i have not requested for any insurance. Now after taking my processing fee, babu informs me that i have to mandate take an insurance as it is my second property. Why should i?

If i can avail a loan to the extent of 40 lakhs, i am sure i can choose to avail one or two properties for the same. Then why suddenly in the last minute am i asked to take up an insurance that i dont want to take??? That too on the day when the cheque was to be handed over to the bulders for the same. This is cheating, unprofessional and the worst way of handling a customer.

I have been left in a state of confusion from day one... N this is the worst service icici can ever offer to an existing customer.

Truly disappointed at this level of service and the mental torture i need to go through on account of the same. Need a resolution.
