Sub: Unauthorized debit of Rs. 5000/- from my ICICI Bank A/c. No. 003101591130.
Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I had tried to withdraw cash from above cited account through ATM Centre of Oriental Bank of Commerce & Axis Bank Ltd. Bhangel Branch, Noida on 19.12.2010 (Sunday between 11.00 AM to 11.45 AM), but no any transactions has been succeeded, and I got message on my mobile that Rs. 5000/- has been debited from my Account. I complained in ICICI Customer Care Centre on 20.12. Executive told me that we will enquire about the same and this amount (Rs. 5000/-) will be credited (refunded) to you after 12 working days. I again talked to Customer Care Div. on 05.01.2011 and 08.01.2011 with executive (Mr. Samraj), they told me that transaction has been succeeded but its not true, and I complained again then he will take more time (Around one week) to enquire the same. (Copy of Bank statement of dated 19.12.2010 is enclosed). Now it is matter of great surprise to receive the message from Ms. K. Hima Bindu on dated 11.01.2011 showing the successful transaction, which is absolutely false in your part and not atall acceptable. ICICI branch told me the transaction has been succeeded according to Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bhangel, Noida.
I also complained in Oriental Bank of Commerce & Axis Bank Ltd., Bhangel, Noida. But they did not received my application, and they told me your transaction has been succeeded. I am so troubled last one month, but nobody help me.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and instruct the concerned Bank to resolve the problem as early as possible.
