There was an out standing of my credit card you deparment has freezed my account no 624201503053. And after payment and clearance of all out standing i mailed to your concern department for verification of my account that my account is in active or unfreezed or not but i got prompt responce that "SIR NOW YOU CAN USE YOUR ACCOUNT" not one time i got this verification near about 4 to 5 times but now when i deposite one cheque in your Jabalpur branch your officier told me "SIR YOUR ACCOUNT IS STILL FREEZED AND AS IT IS SALARY ACCOUNT SO NOW YOU CANT CONTINUE THIS ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IN TO NORMAL SAVING ACCOUNT THEN YOU CAN YOU" my question is due to my out standing my account has been frrzed but now when there is no out standing then what is the problem to unfreeze my account 'I WANT TO CONTINUE THIS SALARY ACCOUNT, SO NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.
