Incorrect billing & transaction

Hi Sir,

I've blocked a credit card 5176 5350 1402 6001 in 2007.

The bank says they sent a replacement card. But I didn't receive any replacement card.

There is a transaction amount billed to 74, 000/- on Jan 18. I complained to bank saying i've received no such card. But the bank officials say they are not responsible.

Kindly tell me how to proceed.
