Home Loan policy for exist custome

I have taken home loan from ICICI bank in year 2003.

Since 2003 I am regularly paying loan premium without any single default to this bank.

Recently RBI has changed some policies such as change PLR to Base Rate amount etc.

I have visited to ICICI bank Vashi branch at sector 1 on last saturday i.e 4th September and requested to the executive to change my current PLR rate from 10% PA to 8.75% PA as charged to the new home loan seeker.

The executive has not helped me and asked to write mail to bank direct. He has refused to change home amount interest at base rate amount.

As I am old customer since 2003 but not changed and considered for old customer any new policies and making money to goofing customers.

I appeal to not approach by any one to ICICI bank for Home loan. As I faced many problem with this bank in the past.
