My Name is Murugesan Ramasamy and I have taken a loan from the ICICI HFC for Rs.1800000/- I have completed the EMI in the month of Jan. I am following it up with the customer care of ICICI for my original documents and till date I have not got the documents. The Service Request ref is SR 142836989.
When we delay the EMI, ICICI charges penalty and when ICICI delays the documents, there is no accountability. Is there any suggestions to get the documents from the bank immediately?
