6 months back, somebody from ICICI bank called me and asked to send two unsecured Redeemable bonds I am holding on my daughter, RAVURI VENKATA PUJITA, under CHILDREN GROWTH BOND - 06CGB & 07CGB respectively, the Redemption date being 28-08-2022, with bond holders numbers as following:
1. Bond holder no : 01102-238 and Certificate No- 356
2. Bond holder no: 01215-976 and Certificate No - 253
to the following address, for the Redemption of the Bonds-
ICICI PAYMENT DEPARTMENT, C - 2942, SUSHANT LOK, PHASE -1, GURGAON, HARYANA - 122009.
And, I have sent the Bonds to the above mentioned address, but, surprisingly, i have not received any cheque thereafter for the Redemption amount.
Many a time, I talked to Mr. Akhil Gupta, GM, Bond Services, but that was not resolved. After that, I talked to Mr. Sharad, current Manager. But, still it was not resolved. I am very much disappointed with this and got upset. I am tired of pursuing this for the past 6 months. Request you to resolve my Complaint and arrange for the Redemption Amount immediately. Request you to redress my concern and sort it out at the earliest without any further delay.
