2years back we have taken lombard health care cards for me and my family.
Details.
1.Name; k.v.v.s.s.v.prasad rao policy no.4034/fpp/02906554/00/000.
2.Name; sridevi 4034/fpp/02906554/00/000.
3.Name;k.anuhya 4034/chc/02914488/00/000.
4.Name;k.bhavya 4034/chc/02914489/00/000.
the above four policies is completed in last year november'09. I don't want to continue further and i informed accordinly also.
but again i am getting due dates amount through my credit card. I am withdrawing from this policy so pl return my excess amount.
If you continue the same then i will not pay the credit card amount. This is for your information and neccessary action.
