My Two Claims i.e 220100110850 & 220100111893 have been rejected and i do not know what is the reason, When i call your Customer care they put on hold on they disconnect the call without providing reason...
Below they have given some reason when i sent mail to Ihealtcare which i dint understand
Below are the claims which is approved with the same policy with the same personal information

Claim num 3 :220100107417
Please help me in getting my claim amount, as the same is needed for furthur treatment

I would like to know the reason for Rejection of my claim number :
220100110850, Please also refer my previous claim numbers which has got approved for your referance if the reason for rejection belonging to any such, The same treat ment is getting continued, Kindly get the case opened and please approve the same as the money requirement is very urgent for furthur treatment
I have taken insurance trusting that it will help in future, If you people reject the case with out informing the reason then it will become very difficult for us to maintain the medical expenses

Please note: I have called several times to your contact centre to find the reason for rejection, No one has given me proper information/Justification, The Exectives in contact centre put on hold and the line will get disconnected

When i called on 10-Feb Executive told he will arrange a call back from supervisor, till now no one had called me
