DISTURBANCE AND HARRASSMENT

My name is Sourav Mitra and I have started an Health Insurance policy with ICICI Lombard Policy No:4034i/FPP/04432964/00/000. on 14/02.

Now I don't want to renew it as I am not interested with this policy any more. But daily I use to receive 02 / 03 calls from the call centre to renew the policy.

I allready told them that I am not interested and do not call me as I don't want to renew the policy. Still I am getting calls at my mobile and home land line at least 03 times a day.

How long this type of disturbance will continue.
