No Document / Premium Receipt received for Rs. 3033/- Premium already paid thru Credit Card

On 1st Feb. 2012 I had received a call from Mr. Salil whose Manager's Name given to me was Mr. Ashok Naikode (Emp. Code No. 96456) from ICICI Lombard & had offered to increase the health insurance cover to Rs. 8.50 lacs on my existing Health Insurance Policy No.4034i/HIR/05056154/01/000. On my acceptance of terms & condition as explained by Mr. Salil, I had give go ahead for charging Rs. 3033/- to my SBI Credit Card No. xxxx xxxx xxxx 5061 but till date no Receipt for the charged Premium amount Rs. 3033/- is provided nor any document acknowledgement for receipt of payment is received. Copy of Credit Card Statement is also attached for reference which clearly shows that the amount of Rs. 3033/- is charged to my Credit Card.

I had listened that the all ICICI Brands be it CREDIT CARD or ICICI BANK or ICICI LOMBARD is run by bunch of theives but have experienced the same for the 1st time. When I called their Toll Free No. 18002666, Their Executive named Ms. JOYCE put me on hold for more than 45 minutes & also promised to call back but not called back.

I have no doubt in saying the the services of ICICI Bank is of 3rd class quality & prompt me to approach Consumer Court to get the refund as well as compensation for mental harassment.
