Non settlement of Reimbursement claim

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a health insurance with policy number 4034I/FFH/W-1193875/01/000 on the name of my mother. She was admitted to a hospital (Ludhiana Mediciti) in connection with heart attack.

In spite of sending all the document sought by ICICI Lombard people they have not settled the claim so far. On 09/10 they received the query reply and as per their rule they take 10 working day from then. I made several complaints for this starting on 25/10. All the times, i was given only false promises. On 01/11 i talked to the floor supervisor Mr. Ratish and he promised me that my claim would be settled by 04/11 or else he would personally call me. But as usual no one called me up.

When today i called them, they again asked for some more time. I’m completely exhausted and frustrated calling them time and again.

Please look in to the matter and do the needful.
