As per the your email informing to send the claim form to your hyderbad office as mentioned below by you.

I have sent the form duly filled and signed along all the original documents,

thru SKYNET COURIER RECEIPT NO. 0200-03205299 DATE 05/07

Please acknowledge after receipt of this courier documents. Kindly process my claim at the earliest and send the payment to the address mentioned in the document covering letter.

I have sent my request for claim by courier on 5/7 and after following i understand it is underprocess but when i i spoke to your customer service on Nov informed me that the case is closed who have now reqistered new complaint ref 6388533

pl ack receipt and let me know the status of my claim
