Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for ICICI Prudential Health Insurance. Rs.15000 debited from my credit card. Unfortunately my application declined by ICICI Prudential. When I spoke to customer care of ICICI prudentail they provide me compalint number and assured that ICICI prudential will refund Rs.15000 within seven working days.
I wait for eight days but I did not get that ammount. When I called ICICI prudential customer care again excutive provide me another complaint number 14836035 and said I would get ammount within seven working days again. In this way its been 45 days. ICICI Prudential concerned persons are doing nothing to revert back my amount.
