Not receving the policy bond

This is to complain for icici pru that i had not received my bond policy of my premium.

I had bond with a policy of icici pru on 10.06.10 and yet now i had not received my bond of it. i had also done that telephony communication on the jhansi branch but i had not got any valuable satisfaction. Ten i had complained for that on the customer care of icici pru on 19.08.10. They assured me that i get the bond within 10 days and given me the complaint id no.25090467. But till now i had not got my bond policy. Is it the fault of jhansi branch or of the main head office.By do any satisfactory suggestion for solving my problem. Thanking u.
