Dear Sirs/Madam,
I had taken policy no# 13265539. The next premium was due in Jan.
The payment [RS.30, 000]for the premium was made to the company vide
ICICI bank cheque no# 512201 on 21/Feb. As per my bank
statement, this payment has been debited from my account on
21/feb.[Details attached]
I received a call from prulife that my amount is not deposited and
need payment urgently.
I have visited ICICI ban branch Parivahan Marg and confirmed about the
payment. They have given me bank statement according to which amount
is debited from my account on 21st Feb. itself.
As per companies official in ICICI bank -parivahan marg branch i have
written account no.-039305004030 in PAY IN SLIP. The cheque was drawn
in favour of ICICI Policy 13265539.
The premuim payment is made using cheque in the name of ICICI Prulife
life with policy number mentioned on it. The fact that it is debited
from my account is a solid proof about ICICI prulife receiving the
payment. The only problem is that amount is not credited to my policy
is due to internal error or negligence or inefficiency of the company
staff.
