Icici prudential dynamic growth fund
Non receipt of redemtion amount

Sir,

i had aSIP account with ICICI prudential dynamic growth fund. Folio No. is 4090047/68. I had applied for its redemption in first week of march. though the tele executive has confirmed the address on tele, I have not received the redemtion amount at my ghaziabad address.

It is requested to do the needful so that i can receive the due amount on time. I would like to receive it through ECS in my bank a/c registered with you.
