i am manoranjan mishra, an lic agent from bhadrakh branch, cuttack division.

my pan - AFVPM1688N is used in the license no- 2444858 as per irda notice.

this license no- 2444858 is issued by irda by the name Mr. Manoranjan Mishra, I.A. code- 00144074 under U.M. - Mr. Prasanta Ku. Padhi.

i conformed my address & tax return by above pan from income tax office.

so i requesting you to inquary & cancle the pan from license no. - 2444858
