NEFT transfer to the bank account no given by me was unsuccessful, then they issued a cheque to the registered address where I no longer live. I immediately called/mailed about the same requesting cancellation of cheque and resend it via NEFT or re-direct the cheque to the new address.
They have delivered the cheque to someone else without my signature on the receipt of courier.
I revisited the branch and has issued a request for cheque cancellation and submitted again cancelled cheque for NEFT transfer. They told me that either it will be credited to my account of cheque will come to their office. Today when I called customer care again they said that as per their record they have delivered me the cheque.
It has already been over delayed for more than 45 days. I am harassed & penalized with non of my fault. I have made several personal visit and inquiry on telephone but in vain so far. I have lost the hope that I will get my own money back. Kindly expedite the matter.
