NON ISSUANCE OF POLICY

I have applied for online life insurance with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd vide application no-LL22676110 on 12.03. This application is pending since one month. Medical already done on 15.03.2010. But policy not yet issued.

There is no response from ICICI Prulife. I am not able to understand the reason of delay. If there is any problem in medical and co is not able to insure then please cancel the application and refund my money. If there is no problem then why so much delay? Is this quality of service ICICI gives to its customers? I am already existing plicy holder. Keeping in view the quality of service & relationship with ICICI Prulife i preferd to approach this co. for additional policy.

Now i do not want to say how much i am disappointed with your non responsive behavior. Since i applied through online option & later on some of your agency people approached for papers & photo etc & i paid throu credit card so i could not approach any agent too.

Now you are requested to either issue the policy or cancel the application with reason within 3 days with intimation to me. So that i can apprach other insurance company. Otherwise i will lodge a complain to consumer forum, IRDA ombudsman and other regulatory authorities.
