I have previously logded a complaint for the policy through email and telephone. I have been given wrong information about the policy by the agent. The number of premium to be paid was told to me was only one, but in the policy it is mentioned to be three premium. I find myself unable to pay the premium. And even the my date of birth has also been mentioned wrong in the policy.
Please, look into the complain and duely cancel the policy.
