Clearence of cheque

Sir,

I had dropped cheque in my Canara Bank branch name R K Puram, New Delhi but unfortunately my cheque in not cleared in five days. my cheque no 768864 dated on 07 March and Amount 23, 500/- (Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Only). Please I request you take a action immediately on this Complaints.
