Hi,
I am a consumer of Home loan product offered by IDBI Bank Limited & my account is with their branch in Nagpur.
I have been writing & speaking with bank officials @ Nagpur branch since 4th April & haven't got a satisfactory reply from the branch at Nagpur.
The queries were simple -
1. I wanted to increase my EMI.
2. And in future, due to any circumstance if i would like to reduce the EMI what would be the implications?
I have been requesting the officials to communicate in writing. But the reply to me (ON PHONE) is - the query is raised with Mumbai office but they are not replying.
A phone call each week & reminders by mail is a practise since 4th April. A favor done on me by giving me the loan, is what is felt after such stupid excuses.
Can this complaint go to the authorities who may look into for a resolution?
