My name is mrs. chaya mahdik . i applied for the home loan in idbi bank in ambernath branch but my file was rejected even though it was clear and idbi bank gave me the reason that it is first building of the builder so we can't give u the loan.so please give me the norms and conditions of idbi bank were its is written that we don't give loan to the builder who is building first building.
