Delay in payment to nominee in MIS scheme of deceased

Name of Deceased Late Basu Dev Dwivedi,

Nominee Akhilesh Dwivedi, ME 327, Hemant Vihar, Barra - 2, Kanpur, (UP).

I (Nominee Akhilesh Dwivedi) had applied for the claim of the above MIS nos. in Post Office Kaushalpuri, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in July. Enquiry of the case was done by PRI, Mr. Tej Pratap (Armapur, Kanpur Post Office) on 13-09-09.Enquiry details was sent to Kaushalpuri, Kanpur Post Office on 16-09-09 by Registered post No. 3394. The case was forwarded by Kaushalpuri Post Office to Main Post Office at Nawab Ganj, Kanpur. We have not got any further response from Nawab Ganj Post Office since last two months. On caontacting to Mr. Verma (APM - SBSO) of Nawab Ganj Post Office, I came to know that relvent paper of my case are not traceable.

Kindly take appropriate action in this case and advise me what to be done to get the claim from post office.
