Unnecessary charges

Hi

My name is Vijaya, I am registered user of Bharat Gas. I recently moved from Miraroad to Naigoan East. I have the transfer papers in place. I contacted the Naigoan branch with the transfer documents. They informed to pay 220 for the computerisation for which they are not going to provide any reciept. Are there any charges like this.

Kindly look into the matter.
