Since last month I'm taking follow up for wap charges billed to me is not correct and i not used any wap services on my mobile no. 9922948976. after long follow up and discussion the same answer from idea is

Further to your below e-mail, we wish to inform you that WAP downloading have been originated from your mobile number, hence you have been charged correctly according to your usage. Therefore we would not be able to process the request of reversal.
We greatly value your patronage and look forward to an opportunity to delight you. "
which is not accepted and ask customer representative to give details of usage of the same but they neither providing details nor ready to reverse the charges
