Hi,
I had purchased IFCI Infrastructure bonds in Jan, but i had not received any document from IFCI till now.
I tried to contact to IFCI by email and phone. Then i came to know that they are having wrong address. I requested to change address. They change it, but again enter the wrong address.
Now i have send them a number of emails to at least send soft/scan copy of bonds, but every time they are replying that "We have send the Hard copy". How can receive the Hard Copy when they are sending it on wrong address.
