Didn't get the claim cheque in 22 days

Hi,

this is regarding clain reference number 1-LMUAM8, i have submitted my all docs on21st June to the surveyor and as per him he has submitted the claim detail to Iffco-Tokio on 29th of june and i should get my cheque within 10 days, when i called to help line number 18003453303 on 11th then some body said that i need to call on 011-45787300/400 in working hrs, on 12th i tried 500-600 times but no body is picking my phone on both the numbers and most of time it was busy, i called again on 18003453303 then there was vinay said that my surveyor has not submitted any docs till now so i need to contact to suryevor only, This is really very pathetic service i am getting from ITGI, i got different info at different time, there is no any means to have a help line number, no body is bothered to pick the phone, even no body is responsible for customer assistence, i am really hopeless now to get my cheque, Hope i will get revert after this complaint
