IGL piped gas service
Ecurring arrears in bill

Dear Sir,

I have the piped connection from IGL for domestic cooking gas. We received an arrear in the month of Feb which was already cleared and the bank statement with payment was presented to the IGL authorities in IGL Bhawan, Sector 9, R.K. Puram. Then This arrear again appeared in this month's bill. I personnely met you Representative at customer care and he told me to pay the bill minus the arrear value.

kindly ensure that this mistake is not repeated in near future as it is creating unnecessary harassment and tension to me.
