It is submitted that I purchased sweets from M/s Bikanerwala Sector 29 GGN on 17.6.10 for Rs. 1290/-. I tendered my Debit Card No.4213 6844 8300 1703 for the payment. The person on counter punched the card three times but failed to accept for the reasons “not sufficient fund”. Again I tendered another my son's Debit Card No. 4213 6844 8300 1463 of Union Bank of India but again failed to accept for the same reasons. I have no option but to make the payment in cash. On checking my account I was shocked to know that the amount of Rs. 1290./- has already been debited in account three time in Card No. 4213 6844 8300 1703 and two time in Card No. 4213 6844 8300 1463 as above. It is therefore, requested kindly to look into the matter and credit the above amount in the above said account.
