Sub: Regarding ATM transaction dated 23rd June at SHEIKH SARAI PHASE-II

This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday (23rd June at 20.24 at AM ID D2150400) I tried to withdraw Rs.10, 000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) from PNB ATM located at Sheikh Sarai Phase-II, New Delhi-110017 using my SBI debit card. The ATM machine didn’t dispense the requested amount but the transaction slip dispensed from the ATM machine reflecting Rs.10, 000/- debited from my account. The ATM machine also stopped working after that. The facts were brought to the notice of Security Guard deployed for this ATM who advised to complain SBI.
The details mentioned on the transaction slip are as follow:-
