Sir I am holding IICI credit card since June. I am a regular user of it and till today I have paid all charges without fail. On 22nd April the state ment was not received nor I was able to search on net. I wennt ICICI bank Gandhinagar and the officer also tried to login to ICICI credit card statemen and was not able to do it. Due to that I had paid my charges 10 days late i.e on 20th May. I paid the full amount which I had spended. They had put round about Rs 600 as extra charges, i.e Rs 400 late payment charges 41rs VAT 159 as interst on my due amount Rs 1800 round about. As I had not paid that charges in statement of may they had pur 441Rs extra charges on those invalid charges and asked me to pay 1089Rs. I talked to ICICI bank people and had promised to wave of the charges and told that I will get it within 48 hours on net. To my surprise nothing was waved of and now on 22nd of June they asking me to pay around 1500Rs after adding Rs 400 late payment charges vat. guide me what shall I do and how to get out of this invalid and humbag charges.
