Refund of income tax not received

Hi

My name is prashant langade.

I had received an email from [email protected] regarding the income tax refund.

But i am unable to submit the request for income tax refund using the URL provided in the email.

I tried reaching the income tax department through email, but i didnt get any reply/repsonse from them yet.

Can any one please let me know what do i need to do in this case?
