In Aug 09 I recharged my mobile Rs 333 by Credit card no.4477474507317017 but 28 Aug 09 credit card bill generate Rs 443.72
So I talk to customer care 2 to 3 times about this matter and demand to gives me credit card statement details. I waiting for statement but
I did not received credit card statement details but I got sms every month increasing bill in credit card due amount.
28 Aug 09 bill generate Rs 443.72 against Rs 333 – diff is Rs 111
28 Sep 09 bill generate Rs 915.67 against Rs 333
28 Oct 09 bill generate Rs 1397 against Rs 333
28 Nov 09 bill generate Rs 1898 against Rs 333
Interest increase Rs 472 to Rs 501 every month against Rs 333. Is that fair? I pay to Rs 1898 against Rs 333 and how possible it is?
Why they did not send me credit card statement? This is not fair. Can you will feel that you give customer satisfaction without giving statement details and

I cannot follow every time to customer care because I visit various sites for my company purpose
Please look this matter urgent basis and settle my amount and better you closed my account because I am very unhappy for this treatment
