IT refund not received

My name is HARLENE D’COSTA, I have not got any INCOME TAX Refund from the Income Tax Department for the Year 2006 return being filed 24th July. I have to get Rs.5, 126 - 00 but it is already 5 years.

Please help me to receive the refund.
