Sir,
This is to inform you that the applicant is working as Private Secretary to Hon'ble Judge of High Court, Lucknow Bench Lucknow and the PAN No. of the applicant is AOTPS0760A.
For the assessment year 2006 Rs. 1268/ excess tax was deducted.
For the assessment year 2007 Rs. 109/ excess tax was deducted.
For the assessment year 2009 Rs. 2544. excess tax was deducted.
Several requests have been made by the applicant to refund the amount of excess tax along with interest to the Income Tax Department, Lucknow but all went in vain. Last complaint was made by me on your complaint cell through internet on 29.4.2011 and almost one year has gone but I have not received any reply.
For ready reference photo copies of the Saral forms deposited by me are being annexed herewith.
It is further informed that the applicant stayed in the same premises during the period mentioned above i.e 2/10 Officers Colony, Kaisarbagh, Lucknow.
Therefore, you are requested to direct the authority concerned to refund me the amount of excess tax deducted at source along with interest and the cheque be sent to the official address of the applicant, i.e R.P.Singh, Pvt. Secretary to Judge High Court, Lucknow Bench Lucknow, and the applicant is having account in SBI High Court Branch.
