Non refund of excess deducted Income Tax

My PAN No is AJKPM2329R. My Income Tax return was processed for the A.Y 09 and refund of Rs.6660/- has been issuesd by ECS through Refund Banker's Scheme from S.B.I. Mumbai on 12-Mar. But till this date I have not received any refund through ECS. On contacting ICICI Bank at Bangalore where the ECS was supposed to tbe effected, the Bank personnel asked for date of settlement of the ECS and Sequence Number for the credit of the ECS to be tracked. My Bank particulars are furnished below
