Non-receipt of TDS refund for yr11

Myself Sri Swaraj Kumar Das would like to inform that my PAN#AEMPD2105H.I have not received my

TDS refund for the year 11.The amount of refund money was supposed to be credited directly

through ECS into my Axis bank account as it was done for the year10.

I was checking online about the refund status i got the information that the letter was sent through speedpost having docket#EQ813672832IN and has been delivered where i donot know on dtd25.04.11.

I have now shifted to my hometown Bhubaneswar from Delhi on last March'11.My Bhubaneswar address

is 165, Ekamra Marg, Unit-6, Bhubaneswar=751001, Odisha.

My sincere request you to please do the needful so that the necessary refund amount of money is directly

credited to my bank account.
