Compaint pertaining to refund of Income Tax

I [ PAN No. ASIPK5973C]had submitted the revised return on 15/06 and subsequently on 21/06 as per advise of Income Tax Officer, Ward No. 1, Agartala for the assessment year 10 for refund of income tax being exempted from payment of income tax under section 10 (26) of Income tax Act, 1961. However, income tax authorities, Agartala have supressed the fact and given me deliberately false information. I have come across the decision of the Income Tax deptt., Agartala only, wherein they have exempted based on the same judgement to Smti Prava Minj, Agartala. However, they are denying exemption in respect of under-mentioned though CIT, Shillong vide his letter Dtd. 15/02 adressed to Income Tax Authorities, Agartala had instructed to issue the rectificatory order wherein the exemption had been denied/withdrawn on the basis of Division Bench Order.
